“City Star” and “Country Star” telescoping ladders signal thermal chock exposition of aluminium:
Aluminium alloys used in ladders are high tensile alloys for lighter weight and greater strength. Because of this, these alloys have been heat treated when manufactured. This heat treating is done at about 315°C / 600°F to get the aluminium to its final tensile strength. If the aluminium ladder has been subjected to extreme heat exposure – even for a brief period -, the load capacity may be reduced even though the aluminium without surface treatments would show no sign of any change.

…The support rails are made of aluminum, the shelves - wood. My only gripe are those giant circular discs. They look a bit unsightly. It’s all just concept now but I’m sure sooner or later, IKEA will catch on and release something similar…

Direktbestellung “City Step”
- verhindert sicheres Auf- und Absteigen;
Ohne Wandabstandhalter Mit Metall-Ablagegitter
Ohne Werkzeugtasche

The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system (HACCP) is a preventative food safety management system, that can be applied throughout the food supply chain from primary production to the consumer. HACCP is internationally recognized as the most effective way to produce safe food, providing a structure for objective assessment of what can go wrong and requiring controls to be put in place to prevent problems. As part of the Blackwell Food Industry Briefing Series, this important book provides a concise, easy-to-use, quick reference aimed at busy food-industry professionals, students or others who need to gain an outline working knowledge. The book is structured so that the reader can read through it in a few hours and arm themselves with the essentials of the topic.
